  1. HOW TO GET INVOLVED?

You made that big leap to finally inquire about franchise ownership! You selected a brand you trust and now you are ready to start! Below are the steps of our franchisee process.

Introduction

We meet you, explore your goals, and briefly introduce the brand.

Webinar Presentation

Education on MTS, deeper dive into who, what, how, and why. We will review national talent recruitment, marketing, purchasing power, and technology.

Step 3: FDD/Territory Discussion

We will walk you through the FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) to gain a strong understanding of the initial investment, ongoing financial responsibilities, and potential earnings.

Validation

We set up 2-4 calls with existing franchise owners to learn more about the brand and both the semi-absentee and owner-operator models. A proforma will be provided for you to complete during validation. You will also speak with our Director of Operations.

(Meet Your Team Day) MYTD

This is your opportunity to meet the Monster Team that will support you going forward. This is also where the MTS Team will provide feedback.

Contract

Once approval is given, we send agreements, capture signatures, and collect franchise fees.

Onboarding

You will now begin the process of onboarding with the operations team who will guide you through launch.
