Monster Tree Service’s franchising training program named “Monster Academy” fully prepares business owners on how to run a successful tree care business. This program is designed to provide comprehensive training on everything from business operations to marketing strategies, with a focus on how to maintain a successful franchise.

Monster Academy is essential to the success of new franchise owners as it equips them with the knowledge and skills necessary to operate their business efficiently and effectively. Additionally, Monster Academy takes place in person to ensure each franchise owner tackles training head-on. Our initial training is two weeks long and consists of one week of classroom learning and hands-on training in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, followed by an additional week of on-site training at your Monster Tree Service location.

These two weeks of training don’t necessarily happen back-to-back, but they will be scheduled so that your on-site training corresponds with the start-up phase of your business. The goal is to make sure all of our new owners have everything they need to start strong and find success quickly.

The tree care industry has so much room for growth but can be challenging for new business owners to navigate. With our program, franchisees have access to a wealth of resources that can help them succeed. They learn how to identify and target their ideal customer base, develop effective marketing strategies, and build a strong brand identity.
