Meet Ladji, Our Owner 

Ladji brings a unique combination of business leadership, entrepreneurship, and environmental stewardship to Monster Tree Service of the East Bay. He graduated from Dartmouth College and later earned an MBA and MPA from Harvard University. Before joining our franchise family, he held leadership roles with several Fortune 500 companies, most recently at Cargill, where he worked closely with corn, dairy, and cattle farmers in the Wichita, Kansas area.

That experience deepened Ladji’s appreciation for local communities and the importance of protecting the environment. Combined with his family’s tradition of entrepreneurship, it led him to Monster Tree Service, where he could build a business around both environmental responsibility and exceptional customer service.

Today, Ladji is proud to lead a dedicated team and serve customers with integrity while helping care for the trees and natural surroundings that make local communities special. Outside of work, Ladji enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Sunita, and their daughter, Lakshmi. The family loves exploring nature together and taking advantage of all that the outdoors has to offer.
