Monster's crew #2 is the best. I am sure all of their crews are good but they really hooked me, and my neighbor last minute up when she found out I had a tree service coming. She had been not getting called back by many local services or called back but not getting follow through. I told her my first impression with with office communications, site visit to spec the job, follow up calls and emails on the appointment time, etc. with Monster and she called and they fit her in also. Well now I can say, with job done, great all around experience and will call them moving forward. I have had experiences with two other local companies and they were fine but Monster is the whole package on office side and in the field. I think my crew chief's name was Alonzo so apologies to him if I got it wrong here (terrible at remembering names) but he is such a great face for the company.

Overall good experience. Quick response and professional. Easy to deal with. The price was reasonable but of the three bids they were in the middle. The advantage was they provided a more detailed proposal which also included a copy of the contract and the Certificate of Liability Insurance. A quick call to the insurance agent confirmed the insurance was in place. The work was carried out as per the contract. They did extensive pruning and the trees looked very nice when they finished. One of the trees was a pinion pine that had damage to the branches caused by the snow. I was impressed with how much better the tree looked; it exceeded my expectations. The work was completed in a couple of hours and the debris hauled away. One suggestion for them is since they charge an additional fee of 1% for credit card usage that should be disclosed on the proposal and the invoice. No reason to have a last-minute surprise.

Truly refreshing to have a tree service company that fully supports all aspects of the job. Other companies do not provide a date for obtaining the onsite quote and many never follow up. Monster scheduled it over the phone, giving me a date and time which they honored. We were able to schedule the job immediately after seeing the the quote. Monster Crew #4 arrived on schedule, were extremely polite and respectful. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. Trimming of the two large trees and cutting the trunks of another tree were all done as quoted. Clean up was perfect. Will absolutely use

When a spring storm came through and large branches of two (extra large) cotton wood trees started coming down endangering my and neighbors home structure, I knew it was time that the trees needed to come down.
Monster Tree Service Came out and gave a detail description of what was needed and sent a quote (very reasonable and good price) to my email, no pressure to hire on the spot only had to agree to the quote through the email. After I agreed, Monster Service called and in a couple of weeks a crew was out at the house ready to work.
The Crew was incredible!! they are professional experts and know exactly what to do. They were safe and took care of the obstacles i.e., Houses, electrical wires etc. etc. the job was done in approximately 6 hours, and they went out of their way to clean my pile of branches that accumulated after the spring snowstorm, my neighbors pile and branches from other trees that had nothing to do with the two trees.
I could not ask for better service. Thank you, Monster, tree service, this was a great experience

They also inspected for emerald ash borer activity. The crew worked quickly, and left the job site well-cleaned and looking great. The 63-year-old silver maple in our backyard was very close to our house and in a precarious position in relation to our back deck. They went out of their way to ensure all of our concerns were addressed. Aaron, the GM even came out to our house more than once to make sure things were on track and they had the crane operator come by too to make a plan with the arborist, Lou, who was also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The entire staff was communicative and prompt. Savannah in the office is such a gem and made scheduling and payment a breeze. I would highly recommend MTS to anyone looking for tree service. The absolute best experience I’ve had with a tree company.

Their pricing was fair, and competitive. They were able to remove the tree that week and even filed the permit with the city to remove the tree. Highly recommended! Their attention to details and requests from us during the trimming was excellent. The entire team was approachable. My mind was blown away at the end of the project when they were finished and gone. Our yard looked better than when they arrived. That was shocking!!!!!!! Plus, we can see the mountains better now than we could before the trimming. The one thing I noticed was MTS didn't bring along a woodchipper. This was the quietest tree operation that I can remember. And there was quite a bit of limbs to be chipped. The general manager Aaron saw us watching the crew work with the enormous branches and came over with a really cool coloring book about tree management and offered a better vantage point of the crane and chipper from the shade. We too have extremely large trees in dicey locations on our lot and would absolutely hire them in the future for removal. We had 2 large trees about 35 feet tall and a smaller tree about 20 feet tall. The team from Monster had to work with a very narrow side yard.
