Both times, I received a very detailed estimate that included pictures showing exactly what would be done. The crew performed the work very safely and professionally and I will definitely use them again for any future needs.

One of the most responsive companies of any kind that I’ve ever dealt with. The initial consultation with the arborist was timely, thorough, and not at all rushed. The estimate was very detailed and included pictures with annotations of where in the trees the work would be done. I got the estimate within a day, and the work was scheduled for a week or so after I accepted it. Weather delayed the job for a few days, and the communication during that time was excellent. The crew doing the job were, without exception, polite, patient, and respectful of my concerns about the potential damage to our driveway and lawn. They took ALL appropriate precautions, and we had no damage. Their job cleanup was everything they promised. Finally, the owner called me a day or so after the job was completed just to be sure I was satisfied. All in all, what’s not to like!! I recommend them without qualification.

Everyone I interacted with was professional and pleasant, and the actual tree removal (one very large oak in the middle of a landscaped island) and several other large trees was done with quality and care. We had 7 dead trees that needed taken down and we contacted Cindy at MTS. She came out promptly and not only gave us a fair estimate but also spent time advising us on many other trees in our yard. We were scheduled quickly and MTS sent out an awesome team of Ben, Aaron and Greg. They worked quickly, safely and neatly taking down all the trees (9 in the end), grinding stumps and chipping/hauling away all the debris. When done you would not know they were there - they cleaned up that well. Overall we were very satisfied with the work and the cost and are recommending MTS to all our neighbors.

It was obvious their employees know the tree business, but beyond that, have been trained to be courteous, prompt, and efficient.
They also offered me a very fair price for the work.
