Where to start - absolutely brilliant from first contact to last. Fitted us in short notice to look at dead tree. Confirmed tree was dead then fitted us in short notice to take down. Everyone, bar none, we had contact with were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly caring. Having tree work done can be a little intense, we are not from here originally so our first time doing. Monster Tree Service West Houston listened to us and were careful when removing said tree, all plants around didn't feel a thing - we appreciate that thank you so much! Highly recommend these guys.

Amazing from start to finish. Needed a quote that day to confirm tree to be removed was actually dead. Fitted us in at end of day. Booked to have done - fitted us in within 3 days, came to us end of day on a Friday. Listened to us, took said tree down very carefully as requested (to save plants as best they could around it). We are so impressed with Crew 1 who came out 10/10. Everyone we had contact with were friendly, caring, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you, it is very much appreciated.

I had a large (60' +) branch in my oak tree out front in my Azalea bed that had developed a rotting spot near the tree's trunk. I called to get three quotes and Monster Tree was near the low end. I contracted for them to do the work while they were giving me their quote, and got a surprise discount for my immediate decision. When the day for the branch removal came, they called to confirm the appointment, showed up on time with an appropriately sized crew. dove into the work (paying careful attention to keep the branch trimmings away from mine and the neighbor's rooves and gardens), ground up their debris, hauled away the large trunk pieces, cleaned up my lawn and driveway, and were done and gone within 90 minutes. Very impressive!
