Seldom is a job done better than our expectations but they did it. We had 7 large evergreens filled with bagworms. Jaret came out on time, and spent a great amount of time listening to our yard issues, discussing our options, and making recommendations. Austin, Dan and Matt arrived day of on time, did the job, backfilled with nice soil and cleaned up perfectly. Austin made some excellent recommendations as to how to improve our trees and flowers. I can’t say enough about what a great job they did. We will definitely call them again!

From the top down, everyone we spoke with was personable, upbeat and efficient in their job. The owner answered her phone during off hours with as much enthusiasm as if it was the middle of the week, during office hours. Jaret, the General Manager, was very professional, polite and not the least bit pushy when estimating the cost. The three men that took our tree down were not only fast, but left absolutely no mess when they were finished. They even raked the surrounding area to make sure they left nothing behind. Monster Tree Svc. was our first estimate we received, so I had two other companies give estimates as well. No one else came even close to what we paid Monster. We had another company take out 7 large elms a few years ago. I wish we had know about Monster Tree Svc. back then. I can't say enough good about Monster Tree Service and would recommend them to anyone needing help with their tree removal.
