Bought a house in the Carrolton area of New Orleans and of course, the insurance company needed us to cut back trees. James with Monster was our main contact and gave us a fair and reasonable price. On top, he was really eager to help when all of a sudden Hurricane Ida hit. Needless to say the main tree that needed trimming was now laying in my back yard and partially on the roof. James, was called and rushed out there to get the tree off of the house and supported until they could get back to the tree at a later date. And about 2 weeks later, we were ready for the tree to be removed. James bent over backward and went a step farther by moving the tree from the back yard to the front yard. We were so impressed that we put him in touch with our neighbor who is looking to use Monster/James. The customer service and fair pricing was what kept us loyal and will keep our business.

Monster were fantastic to work with from start to finish. I needed one oak trimmed substantially and about a dozen other smaller trees like palms trimmed. The owners are directly involved in the day-to-day and clearly care about building a good reputation. James was great to work with on the estimate and was very knowledgeable. With services like tree trimming, communication is often spotty - they were prompt and communicated well via text and email, which was critical given Nola weather. The work stretched over two days and the crew was extremely courteous and thorough. The price was fair. Would recommend giving them a call.
